Réserve Perpétuelle - A Celebration of Time | 40th Anniversary Long Table Lunch

From AUD $280.00
  • Duration: 210 Minutes (approx.)
  • Location: Howard Park Wine Chapel, Cowaramup, WA

Join us in the beautiful southwest on Sunday 27th September for what is sure to be a truly memorable long table lunch at the Howard Park Wine Chapel.

This intimate gathering will bring together a five-course menu by chef Evan Hayter with a carefully curated selection of Howard Park wines. Showcasing our Jeté sparkling collection, alongside current release and back vintage Icon wines, the line-up will offer a unique perspective on the evolution of Howard Park over four decades.

Recently recognised in the WA Good Food Guide’s 2025 Awards, with his restaurant de’sendent named Best New Restaurant, Evan Hayter’s cooking is grounded in a deep understanding of local produce and strong relationships with regional growers. The result are dishes that are thoughtful, seasonal and perfectly suited to the wines they accompany.

In addition to our Icon wines, we will also proudly present our new release Jeté En Pointe Réserve Perpétuelle. Drawn from our perpetual reserve program established in 2010, and tiraged in 2024 before 24 months on lees, En Pointe explores time as a defining element of méthode traditionnelle sparkling. Balancing the layered complexity of aged reserves with the purity of fruit from our cool Pemberton and Mount Barker vineyards, this wine captures depth and precision in motion.

With the Burch family and chief winemaker Nic Bowen in attendance, this will be an interactive, engaging experience, offering the opportunity to enjoy the wines in context and hear directly from those involved in their creation.

Limited to 30 guests, this long table lunch will be the most exclusive event in our anniversary series. We hope you will join us in Margaret River to share in this special occasion.
