The Mon Tout wines are crafted from small parcels of handpicked fruit, grown in sustainably farmed and very special vineyards across Western Australia, from the Swan Valley and Geographe to Margaret River, Pemberton, and the Great Southern. Made with natural ferments and minimal intervention winemaking, these wines are bottled with little to no filtration, fining, or sulphur. 

Arbor Novae represents one plank of an ethos of sustainability that is taking hold at Howard Park and allows our customers to share in a journey that takes them down two roads - one of enjoyment of unique, small batch wines showing diversity in varieties and winemaking  – the other is to share our appreciation and respect for the preservation of a healthy environment and to take some direct action. Through sales of the Arbor Novae range we fund a partnership with Carbon Positive Australia to support their work with local tree planting and landscape restoration across Australia.
